Build a complete scope
- The origin of the damp, established before a scope is written
- Whether the basement, the attic, or both are involved, since the mechanism differs
- How the space is sealed off and where the extracted air is sent
- Which materials are discarded and which are salvaged, with the call explained
- Verification afterward, plus the ventilation or drainage fix that prevents a repeat
