Newer homes aren't automatically moisture-proof just because they're recent.

Rapid, large-scale construction can mean tighter timelines for curing concrete, sealing crawl spaces, and venting bathrooms properly, and any shortcuts from that growth surge show up later as trapped moisture. A mold assessment in a newer Savoy home should check construction-era details, not assume age alone rules mold out.
